Accura HealthCare of Milford and Accura HealthCare of Spirit Lake are seeking a Traveling Staff Nurse to join our team. Our Traveling Staff Nurse will provide support and quality care for our communities in Milford and Spirit Lake, IA. Accura HealthCare of Milford is a 5 star, 50 bed SNF. In addition, we have 22 beds dedicated to Assisted Living. We offer a family style, team-oriented environment with experienced leadership. Our Administrator has served the community for 13 years and our DON brings forward 25 years of clinical service at our facility.
Accura HealthCare of Spirit Lake is an 85 bed SNF that promotes employee growth at every opportunity. Our ADON started with us as a CNA and is now a key leader in our clinical department. Recognizing our employees is a priority. We have a Care Committee that brings creative ideas to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of our team members.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full-time, part-time and PRN hours available; willingness to travel between Milford and Spirit Lake, Iowa.
SIGN-ON BONUS: $5,000 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time
As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the facility. Caters to client’s individual care plans through practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.
- Must have current RN license within applicable state, without restrictions.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Possesses the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Demonstrates leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.
